The plate washing platform adopts high-strength aluminum alloy assembly structure to reduce welding deformation and ensure the flatness of the platform. The bottom of the plate washing box is made of mirror stainless steel plate, with funnel design, which can avoid the solvent from adhering to the water tank surface, and can quickly return to the storage solvent tank for sealed storage to reduce the volatilization of solvent. The fixed wallboard with brush on both sides is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, all of which are processed by CNC machining center to ensure the accuracy of each brush. The brush shaft sleeve is made of graphite copper sleeve, which ensures accuracy and durability. Both the swing speed of the flat brush and the rotation speed of the round brush are driven by a high-end servo stepping motor. The swing speed of the flat brush and the rotation speed of the round brush can be adjusted fast or slow, which is suitable for high-precision cleaning of various plates. The flat brush adopts a spring adjustable quick-mounted structure, which is simple and convenient to adjust the height of the brush and replace the brush. The round brush is installed and connected with a rigid coupling, which ensures the accuracy and the convenience of replacing the brush. The plate washing solution is supplied by three separate sections: 1. plate washing area, 2. residue cleaning area, 3. plate cleaning area. The solution is reasonably distributed to improve the use efficiency of the solution. The new type of wiping and spraying device can effectively save solvent and ensure the perfect cleaning of the plate. The equipment is equipped with concentration detection, and the solvent concentration is set to automatically replace the old and new solvents. Reasonable exhaust design can minimize the emission of liquid medicine odor to the workshop and ensure the fresh air in the workshop.
